Has My Order Shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.  If you haven’t received an confirmation email in (7-10) business days please contact Customer Care at Info@cleaneaze.com Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed. During  high demand times processing days may be extended. We will send an email to update you on any potential delays. Customers should expect delivery withing 4-7 business days.

Where Do I Find My Tracking Information?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, including tracking information.
